Stefanini Cares was developed to connect our workforce with meaningful opportunities for year-round volunteering and gift-giving.

We support nonprofit organizations that strengthen our communities through acts of personal charity and outreach, lending a hand in environmental preservation, health and fitness awareness, community development, disaster preparedness, and relief operations. More than 1.3 million community members have been impacted by this important program.

BRAZIL - STEFANINI INSTITUTE

The Stefanini Institute was founded in 2001 to teach skills for tech-oriented careers to both students and adults, empowering them to improve their lives and their local communities.

Students who take part in the program engage with technology-focused language and concepts. All lessons are based on Stefanini’s ethical values and mission to create a better future, with fundamental elements of citizenship such as social and digital inclusion. More than 200,000 people have been trained through this program, with a 65% increase in quality of life after training.

What We Do

The Stefanini Institute was founded in Brazil in 2001 to help prepare teenagers and adults throughout Brazil to prepare for success in tech-oriented careers.

Today, the institute spans four locations throughout Brazil (São Paulo / SP; Jaguariúna / SP; Francisco Morato / SP; and Poços de Caldas / MG). Instructors at the institute teach computerized language, as well as preparing students for success by introducing them to the digital transformation process that forward-looking organizations across the globe will be looking to implement in the coming years.

EMEA STEFANINI INSTITUTE

The mission to provide accessible education in underprivileged communities extends beyond borders, with our team in Romania offering both online and offline activities to help new generations discover their interests and set their goals.

With the help of a national network, Stefanini Institute welcomes students from multiple communities, offering unique opportunities to expand their social network and grow their skills, preparing them for tech-oriented careers.

What We Do

The mission to provide accessible education to unprivileged communities in Romania continue to outline the vision and strategy for the following period. All of these are reinforced with the help of the national network in which we are part of, to protect and develop actions which integrate the worldwide sustainable goals.

The online and offline activities encourage the new generations to discover more about themselves, firstly and after about the topics which may can bring a new interest. The young people are from multiple communities and within some of the projects they increase their social network and knowledge.

Build A Bed, A Stefanini Hands Event

On Nov 10th, Stefanini employees at our Southfield office volunteered to assemble beds for kids in need during the “Stefanini Hands” Build a Bed event and bedding drive, sponsored by Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

  • Decarbonization Level Agreements: Accelerates the sustainability efforts of clients in the manufacturing and energy sectors, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of CO2 emission trends by Stefanini Field Service Technicians.
  • D3 framework for Green IT: Allows clients to assess their Green IT maturity with factual and actionable insights, identifying areas where they should take action to educate employees about best practices and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
  • Stefanini Green Depot: Enables OEMs to embrace environmentally conscious and sustainable PC refresh methodologies, reducing the use of packaging and shipping materials.
