Institute Stefanini is a non-profit civil entity founded and kept by Stefanini IT Solutions that has as mission to promote human, economic, and social development, through Basic Professional courses. Institute Stefanini has headquarters at Rua Padre Paulo Canelles, 640, Jardim Adalgiza l, São Paulo/SP - Brazil and Rua Anézia Venturini, 62, Centro, Jaguariúna/SP - Brazil

Objectives:
To provide young and adult people with Basic Professional courses aiming at qualification and/or requalification for work, preferentially in the area of IT, integrated with the community benefited.
Support community actions aiming at the social insertion of all their members, aiming at improving human development indicators and preparing for the citizenship exercise.
Contribute to diminish social and digital exclusion through information disclosure and making available access and technological resources.

Justification:
What does a company like Stefanini want with the creation of a project like an Institute with its name? The reason is that Stefanini understands that it is necessary that people have an opportunity to grow, to have a chance in so-called "Knowledge Society", where Science and Technology govern productive processes. Regular education is fundamental, but no longer sufficient. Having said that, Stefanini has a position of "Company for Citizenship", suggesting and inducing ways to serve the most in need segments of population, aiming at its commitment with actions in and outside the Institute and aiming the democratizing new technologies, using digital and technological inclusion as a means to insert these people into market.
